I went to East Lake Cafe in Palm Harbor today and had one of the thickest, juiciest patty melts ever. It's in the details: carmelized onions...melted swiss...Texas rye... Mhmm, they did it right....

My second visit and the wait staff is so friendly. I ordered the egg deluxe. Two eggs scrambled soft, bacon, hashbrowns with onions and rye toast.
