I've been to this location twice with in a month (Lobby area) the staff has been extremely friendly. The coffee was good and the donut was fresh.. The store was clean and well organized.

I order a hot coffee 3 cream 3 Splenda coffee tasted like it didn't have Splenda and taste like the coffee was burnt also order a Everything bagel with garden veggie. The bagel was so toasted....

How can things go soooo wrong with hashbrowns and donut holes?!? The hashbrowns were clumped together in a grease soaked ball! They were actually WET! You couldn't even separate them. Absolutely...

Newest Dunkin' in the Hammocks is open in the Shoppes at 104 shopping center on 147th ave and 104th st. They open as early as 5am and they are always well staffed at any time of day.
