I went here because I love Dunkin' Donuts before work they were out of unsweet but then were so incredibly rude especially the manager u would typically not care about losing the couple of bucks...

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was stale. Outside burnt while the inside cold. Worst of all it looks like they scrapped the cream cheese off. Awful!
