When it comes to authentic Peruvian food, most people think of Ceviche. We thought of just that and didn't stop there. We wanted to make it a fun and enjoyable culinary experience for everyone and decided to launch a fresh new restaurant concept, named after our chef and owner Carlos Brescia's nickname, Dr. Limon. Our approach is Peruvian food with a Miami twist, influenced by traditional northern Peruvian cuisine and respecting local South Florida businesses and ingredients. Located near Florida International University in the Florida International Plaza.

Good ceviche in a casual setting. Parking is super convenient and a plus over other locations. Staff were friendly and amicable.
