Nick, a California native who found himself in New Smyrna Beach through the United States Coast Guard, partnered with a friend to start FS Concrete Construction in San Clemente, California. Meanwhile, Jaymi, a true New Smyrna Beach native, worked in the corporate side of the surf clothing industry. After starting their own family, the couple returned to their small town and began helping other families turn their dreams into reality by building their dream homes. Today, Del Mar Company continues to uphold their motto of "Quality from conception to completion."
