Annie McCartney is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who works in our Maternal Fetal Medicine office in Jacksonville. Annie previously worked in the Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, and at University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she also served as a faculty instructor with the School of Nursing. Annie earned a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Jacksonville State University. Annie is a member of the Association for Women's Health - Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a certified mentor for the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pat

Britney Lilley, DNP, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology at Women's Care in Jacksonville, FL. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care across the reproductive lifespan, from annual exams and contraceptive counseling to pregnancy care and menopause support. Dr. Lilley holds advanced certifications in inpatient obstetric nursing and electronic fetal monitoring. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida and has served patients across multiple hospital systems. Now accepting new patients!

Dr. Xujia Annie Smith is a board-certified OB/GYN at Women's Care in Jacksonville, FL, serving patients in Northside, Mandarin, and North Mandarin. A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Smith provides expert care in high- and low-risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic procedures. She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida and completed her residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Smith speaks English and Chinese, and is dedicated to compassionate, comprehensive women's health.
