That above statement is not exactly true. I have had many repairs done with Crown Jewel and the repairs turned out Beautiful and were very inexpensive. The reason why they were probably not busy...

DO NOT use these people!!!!! They are very expensive for jewelry repair!!!!! No wonder they're never busy which is a good hint to stay away!!!!
