This new location seemsto have gone downhill. Ordered on the app and pull up in that designated lane, took much longer then regular lane almost like they were completely focused the regular lane....

I am appalled at what has become of some of these Chik fil a's out here. I went in for a to go order and the service was NOTHING like I have experienced at Chick fil a. It's as if they will hire...

Always gets order wrong. Not sure what is happening but new location has issues. Not organized and not efficient
