The person was extremely disrespectful! She was eating her lunch which I understand but flicked me off and yelled at me when I asked her a simple question about a car wash... very unprofessional...

Extremely long waiting time and washing process on their car wash. It takes arpund 8 minutes for each car to be washed, this is just ridiculous amount of waiting time for auto car wash.

It takes forever to access the car wash and they don't refund your purchase if you are not in a mood to spend time waiting.
