We ordered a Pizookie and it literally took 30 minutes to get it. It was supposed to be free for my birthday and yet it showed up on the bill. So we waited another 20 minutes to get it corrected...

Our server was very nice and attentive. Our drinks were great. Our food was good and BJ's was nice as always. I was comfortable there.
