Our A/C unit stopped working. I called at 7:00 p.m. Was quoted that they would be out between 8:00 pm and 10:00 p.m. The person on the phone was very nice. They showed up at 7:40 pm....

Installed a noisy unit in my condo.It rumbles. NOT SATISFIED.And they don't care So the best thing that I can say is be careful.They say satisfaction guaranteed NO Satisfaction
