Adrian Danchenko, MD, FACC

Dr. Deutch was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics at Washington University in St. Louis and completed a dual MD/MBA at The Ohio State University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University at MetroHealth, followed by General and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships at NEOMED at Aultman Hospital. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography. In his spare time, Dr. Deutch enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, working out, playing golf and tennis, and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Dr. Carlos Ceron is a board-certified cardiologist and heart rhythm specialist. He completed his medical degree Magna Cum Laude at Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic. He went on to complete his Internal Medicine Residency at Nassau University Medical Center in New York, his Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Texas, and a subspecialty Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Lankenau Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Dr. Ceron is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Echocardiography. He has a strong clinical interest in the management of cardiac arrhythmias and is passionate about advancing heart rhythm care through both technology and personalized, patient-centered approaches. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Dr. Ceron speaks both Spanish and English. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, listening to music, and following sports—especially soccer and baseball.

Dr. Salma Akter is a board-certified cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for a wide range of heart conditions. Originally from Bangladesh and raised in New York City, Dr. Akter earned her undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology before completing her Doctor of Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in 2008. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Akter then pursued advanced fellowship training in Cardiac Electrophysiology at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, finishing in 2016. With nearly a decade of experience in clinical cardiology in Upstate New York, Dr. Akter provides expert care for a full spectrum of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart valve disorders, heart failure, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, tachyarrhythmia, and bradyarrhythmia. Her clinical interests include arrhythmia management, preventive cardiology, and women’s heart health. Outside of medicine, Dr. Akter enjoys spending time with her husband and family, exercising, traveling, and reading. She is fluent in English and Bengali.
