I have taken my children to the Mount Dora location several times. They got a rash along their hairline on the back of their head the first time but I just kept it clean and dry and it went away....

Worst haircut experience i have ever had. The barber did not follow any instructions given. The quality of haircut is abysmal. The barber did not tie the tape properly which led to hair falling...

They don't generally address you when you enter. Consistently long wait even with appointment and no attempts to update you on wait time or give acknowledgement.

Skinny hispanic messed up my hair cut, got home brush down my hair and still had long baby hairs. Also, noticed patches on my head. That guy was literally rushing my cut.
