Paid for a 3hr parking and went over by 12 minutes. Had a ticket on my window for $10 for going over plus a $40 notice fee making it a total of a $50 ticket. Best part is they charge you $5 to pay...

App said no fee was required but I received a $30 parking ticket. App has erroneous information, no help from them. Do not trust anything the app states.

My elderly husband was in Tampa and used the parking kiosk. He had trouble managing the kiosk and couldn't see how to do it. But he was pleased when he paid the $15.00 and got his receipt....
