We have a wine list carefully selected, personally tasted, and freshly updated by Chef Luigi Vitrone. The world is well represented with our wines from France, Italy, California, Australia and Chile. We also offer a full bar with an excellent collection of scotches, cognacs, and aperitifs. I am sure we all realize, there are a countless number of wines and vines from the world over to choose upon. I continuously receive selections and suggestions from many sources to incorporate into my menus. The cornerstone of our restaurant has always been and will continue to be, QUALITY. Our continuous pursuit of new QUALITY item puts me in a unique position to best select which wines work best with my culinary expertise. We are all committed to tradition and continue both my grandfathers' ( Luigi and Alberto ) imitative "Quality does not cost, it pays".
