The instructors are great and give alternative ideas if we are not able to do an exercise so to injuries. Love the diversity of classes and times offered.

I go to club Pilates in Delaware:) Megan and Paige are super nice and polite... they explained everything prior to sign up during sign up and after my first class. I love the way it's set up...
