The guy on customer service wouldn't do his job and cancel our account. They belittle you and are beyond rude. The guy was so nasty. They verbally harass you.

terrible terrible company - rip off run the bill up by 5 or so dollars ever month - scam company and the service goes down all the time and is so slow when it is working - SWITCH !!!!
