Mr. Pan's continues to be the best Chinese in the Norwich area, but it also continues to be some of the, if not the, most expensive. Take-out only, I recommend calling ahead.

Their food could be improved, it tasted ok, but not the best on the area. I think if they put some effort they could improve the taste.

Tried fior the first time....AND LAST. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Dumplings over cooked ...very little chicken in the lo neiin Even w extra soy sauce rasteless
