Kelly's Cone Connection is a Hamden landmark, making the best homemade ice cream for over 25 years. Located on Whitney Avenue, right down the street from Quinnipiac University and Sleeping Giant State Park, Kelly's is known by ice cream aficionados as the best homemade ice cream in the area. All ice cream is made right here in small batches using only the finest ingredients: local fruit from Hindinger Farm for strawberry, peach and blueberry ice cream, maple syrup from Hamden's Brooksvale Park, hot fudge made daily, and over 18 quality toppings. Get a light lunch or dinner, too - Sandwiches, salads, and daily soups, including chili. With over 32 flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurt, be sure to save room for dessert!
