This location gets extremely busy around noon and the staff is ill-equipped to handle the spike in customer volume. We've lost count of how many times we were kept waiting for extended periods...

Never had a Jersey Mike's before. Honestly, I don't know why o don't see more of these. Initially I thought the price was high for a giant (pause). But, this spot reminds me of sub shops of ol'....
