I don't understand the bad reviews. I come to this Chipotle once or twice/month and the service and food are consistently great! I feel like they could use another staff to help out with cleaning...

Food is good. But the manager is rude with an attitude. Don't know her name but she wears glasses. Concession area was messy.

45 min wait. Rude staff in back cooking on the grill. Girl did not want to help her peers and rude when they asked questions. Staff on line was continuously touching face and not changing gloves....

worst food service I've had all year. workers stare at you and say nothing with all of them wearing headphones. undercooked meat, no refund for hair in food. manager needs to be fired or trained...
