Chase Bank

This is now M&T - some of the old tellers are here as well. The service is still good. Interest rates are strange you have to ask for the best rates on a regular savings account

People reviewing are mistaking this bank for the old People's bank. This is Chase, on the corner. I find the tellers to be extremely pleasant and the personal bankers knowledgable and very courteous.

Awful!!! The lady teller ROYALLY SCREWED up my savings bonds deposit. I asked her multiple questions on how much each accrued and which ones were ready to deposit, out of about a dozen savings...

Be prepared to walk in and be ignored while the bank managers talk to each other. Not getting my service. Thanks a lot.

Horrible service. So unhappy. I ran out of checks so I needed to pay a bill in cash. They don't except cash for payments. (Yes that is correct) and yes they are a bank...and could not help me...
