I've lived in five different cities and two different states and this is by far the worst bus system I have ever had the displeasure of riding. The only redeeming quality is that it is free.

BUS NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. Had to Uber it. I am fed up with Transfort but as I don't drive and can't afford to Uber it every day back and forth to work, I'm stuck with them. Terrific.

Buses are always late doesn't come when they say they're going to come and lack of drivers and it's cheap and lousy transportation service and it's happening before covid.
