Exceptionally incompetent. Refused to help. Had a UPS pickup (Amazon return) for today, but, somehow, missed the guy. Found a "Sorry we missed you" sticker on my door about 5pm. Stayed home...

A staff member there was rude and condescending. Every time I tried explaining things he would walk away or give me smart remarks about the file. "Maybe you do it, maybe you show me" as he walks...
