Chef Murphy has brought his experience with authentic Spanish Cuisine to Denver and it shows! Dishes that you can't miss are the Gambas al Ajillo (Wild Caught Shrimp in Garlic, Olive Oil, Lobster Brandy Reduction), Ensalada de Coliflor y Remolacha (Salad of roasted Beets, Cauliflower, Preserved Orange, Dill, Buttermilk, Manchego), Almejas con Chorizo (Steamed Manila Clams, Chorizo Palacios, Albarino, Mojo Verde), Paella de Mariscos (Seafood Paella). I liked every bite but the Wild mushroom croquette was my favorite. Service was GREAT! I feel like there was not a single waiting moment. The dishes came out pretty quick.
