We ordered an ice tea and a chocolate chip cookie. The tea was good and refreshing. The cookie however was stale. Too much money for a stale cookie. No wonder they asked if we wanted to have it...

ordered a latte on my way out and after I left and began drinking it realized there was no espresso in it. they gave me a warm cup of milk with vanilla flavor.

Asked for iced gingerbread dirty chai latte--didn't confirm my order/read it back to me and just got a dirty chai tea.

This Starbucks is decent. Most of the people that work here are great. However, if you get Kay watch out! She is not only rude but she has no idea how to make a drink. I know it's just one person...

Well no ingredients to make the drink I asked for soooooooo what'd you expect. Also 4 people just standing around not doing anything productive.
