No ambiance as it is a standard drive-in restaurant. Processed food to be expected. Service in Monte Vista is terrible. Food arrives late and cold if ordering from a stall or mobile order....

I've been getting the smashburger from different Sonics since it first came out.. it's normally very good. I ordered the smashburger from Monte Vista Sonic. Nothing "smash" about it whatsoever....

Get this! Unless i am not allergic to salt, its ok they drowned them with salt. What the heck is a matter with them. Dont they understand that salt kills the taste of the food. Now i wiil walk...

All i wanted was an ice cream to be happy and i showed up 15 minutes before closing. They were too lazy to make me an ice cream and said they were closed early. They could've made me an ice cream tho.
