By far best mex restaurant in Eagle County. The carne asada is a good piece of grilled skirt meat. Tasty. Nice ambiance. Good service.

Dinner Stop 2 on our Beaver Creek Conference trip was Sabor Mazatlan. As someone who truly remembers when Colorado had Mexican food to die for, I was really looking forward to trying this place....
