Just a quick update. We went back again tonight to try their sushi. When they first opened some years ago, they did not serve sushi but only traditionally warm foods popular in Osaka, Japan....

We started our business first and foremost with the hope of sharing the food of Osaka with the world. Until now, one of the region's most popular dishes, okonomiyaki, had not been getting the international acclaim that it deserved.

Still a favorite sushi spot in Boulder with fresh fish. They have outdoor seating on a nice day too!
