I'm sure they're a quick startup gathering information to sell. They do this by skirting do not call lists. As soon as enough people are annoyed, tehy'll close shop and open up in another state.

I'm on the DNC and they keep calling me from different numbers. I block a number and they call me from another. This is annoying and harassing. It interferes my work life and my personal life...
