History

Our founding attorney, Mahlia Lindquist, came out of Georgetown Law School and started practicing law in the litigation department of a large urban law firm. Though the offices were gorgeous and the law library extensive, she soon realized that a large practice with no client contact was not why she went to law school. After working as a trial attorney, which included time as a prosecutor, she also realized that while trials could be fun, they usually are a no win situation. Ms. Lindquist took the lessons learned from her early experiences as a lawyer to start a boutique practice where she is able to help individuals, families and small businesses in a a meaningful and positive way.

Specialties

We are a law firm emphasizing Estate and Small Business Planning. Our services include trusts, wills, probate, medical and financial powers of attorney, appointment of guardians, living wills, asset protection, and business formation. We are adept at working with blended families and unmarried couples, as well as traditional families.
