A farm to table family restaurant located in the heart the City, located one block off of the beautiful Purgatory river in Downtown Trinidad Colorado. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Have full wine selection as well as full liquor bar with an additional 6 micro brewery rotating drafts as well coffee and full espresso bar. VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN Friendly. At the Las Animas Grill we focus on sourcing as much local good as we possibly can because we understand how much It mean to the local farmer. From Pinto beans, and Goat cheese to Lamb purchased at the county fair. Farm to table is a way of life and we are glad to be part of that chain.
