I've never been disappointed at Jared's! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, and very understanding and kind. The selection is pretty grand compared to other jewelry stores of its kind....

Very disappointed after spending almost $2000 for a bracelet for my husband. It was too large so we went in to get it sized and it was going to be another $359 to have it sized or you had to buy...

They are always so rude and put out every time I stop in or call. They also made my daughter (26) feel bad when she wanted to look at engagement rings. I don't love going there for my cleanings...

Susie and Alma (I think that was her name!) were amazing in helping me reset my engagement ring. They were so knowledgable and it was clear that they really cared about helping me find the ring...
