Founded in 1990, Jade Communications began as a cable television provider, providing DirecTV and other television services to the residents of the San Luis Valley. Seeing the need to provide Internet to residents living in rural areas, we began offering satellite Internet in 2000. Shortly thereafter, in 2003, we started our hallmark service, the Canopy Wireless Internet. Since its inauguration, we have expanded our network, constructing a total of 18 service towers, serving a total of 25 communities, and covering a total of 4157 square miles in Southern Colorado. Still waiting to have the problem of 50 ft. Of excess cable laying on the ground. I'm worried about rabbits or mice chewing it up, or it being cut by my weed wacker.

I have to say that this is the worst quality internet connection I have had since dialup days. Many times on my mobile devices I have to disconnect them and just use cell service for many apps....

The Internet connection has been in/out several times. The last incident involved the VOIP phone system. My landlines have not retorned to normal since. When someone calls, you pick up the phone...
