HistoryWe started juicing in Buena Vista every Sunday at the Farmers Market the summer of 2013. People loved the greena colada (our signature juice)so much we expanded and started juicing in front of the health food store every Saturday. We took the winter to collaborate with the health food store and created an all organic kitchen inside the store which started serving lunches, sides, raw desserts and smoothies in addition to fresh juices in June of 2014. Since then we have stayed true our core beliefs. We are all organic and support our local farms and farmers by using their produce when it is seasonally available, we use environmentally friendly packaging and give our pulp and produce waste to local chickens to eat. We care about people, the earth and the future and we believe healthy can be delicious.SpecialtiesWe are the only all organic kitchen within 100 miles. We serve fresh, made to order juices using a masticating juicer which keeps all the enzymes and nutrients intact and yields a high quality juices. Our signature juice is the Greena Colada which has kale, apples, pineapple juice and coconut milk in it. This juice will lend you balance and clarity and is the best tasting green juice ever. Our number 1 smoothie is Blues B Gone and is full of blueberries, dark chocolate and coconut milk. We also serve lunches, sides and raw desserts. Your choice of sandwich, gluten free spinach wrap, salad or hallowed cucumber. The people love the turmeric tuna salad any way you put it. We are a grass roots eatery and juicery and support our local farms and farmers by carrying their produce when it is seasonally available. We use environmentally conscience packaging and give our pulp and produce scraps to local chickens. We want to make organic options easily accessible to our community and guests.
