Found a piece of plastic in my pancake. Absolutely disgusting! No quality control. Corporate made it right and refunded the order but this should have never happened.

Didn't put our order in, others around us that came in after us were receiving their food. I asked our server where is our food, she said oh they dropped your ticket (I guess that means the chef)....

Service was terrific. The food was ordinary & the coffee reminded me of being back in the military...the spoon stands up in the cup.
