They tried to charge us an extra 200 dollar fee after we booked everything in advance and were told there would be no other hidden fees. They are also trying to charge us a nonrefundable 200...

They switched cars from a small SUV that we signed up for to a sedan. As a senior the sedan was more difficult to get in and out of.

I've went from Matt to Santiago to Robert- These young men are superb at customer service- I will never leave Hertz Horsetooth 3 yrs and every time is better than the last!

Horrible customer service ! I couldn't believe they're telling me I can pick up at Fort Collins Co. but can't drop off at same location? That's ridiculous,insane ... etc. last time I'll ever do...
