Harm Reduction Action Center

The Denver North Care Center is an 80-plus-bed skilled nursing facility. It specializes in short-term rehabilitative services and is located in Denver. The center also offers long-term care, respite and psychiatric services. It works closely with the medical and mental health community to provide care for adults of all ages.
