Came into the store @7:05 to get my ears pierced, was told they don't do ear piercing during the last hour of the store being open, only to find out the store is open until 9 that day. The woman...

One staff member piercing ears. No acknowledgement walking into or around store then waited over 15 min to be checked out, still no acknowledgment so I walked out

Maybe if you're working in a store pay more attention to your customers than having to sharpen your nails. So sad to leave this headbands there today but you lost our business
