This used to be one of our favorite local breakfast spots, but it's really gone downhill. Service is minimalist by design, ambiance and decor are nice but dark & dreary during the winter months...

It's disappointing when poor customer service overshadows everything else. The barista has a noticeable attitude. I won't be returning here since people don't go to restaurants to feel unwelcomed.
