I like BK food and have ordered at this place (Hampden and Chambers in Aurora) many times. But this time I looked over the receipt. I was charged a "ROUND UP" fee without my knowledge or consent!!...

They're so slow. Ordered online for pickup, I arrived 5:43 in drive thru line, I got to the first window and got my food at 6:00. Good otherwise, got all the right food.

Ashley was amazing! She took my order promptly, made sure I got all the right sauces. The food was good for fast food. Restaurant was clean!
