We walked Montrose and the motels that are also in this area downtown and near restaurants and a brewery were not well lit and didn't look safe. Briarwood was the breast! Anyone picking it apart...

Much better than expected. :) Friendly front desk, clean and comfortable room. I typically stay in "chain" hotels but this place really had a quant and local feel. Would recommend.
