BASTA, from the Italian word for “enough,” is a boutique restaurant in an unassuming apartment complex in east Boulder offering supper seven nights a week. The kitchen is centered around single wood fire oven and a stone mill. Our beverage team curates a focused menu highlighting small production beer, natural wines and seasonal cocktails. We source from a variety of locales with significance placed on Colorado and West Coast farmers, ranchers, and fishers.
