I trained at both 10p Longmont and Denver for about a year I was good at first. But I ended up quitting the gym because of one of the coaches shaming me at a competition specifically Sheila....

They charge for open mat and i saw 3 people get injured training in one night. I was caught in a leg attack and didnt have time to tap before my ankle popped.
