Whether youre looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga fit classes for you. We are diligent in keeping a clean and welcoming environment. All studio practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after class. Please note we have a no late policy and no phones on in the practice room. We want everyone to enjoy their hour in class without distractions. We look forward to seeing you on your mat!
