my father started his own business in 1983 selling only fish ceviches to people from the mexican goverment in his car, and then he open his little food stand the first and only one in the main street of san felipe baja california mexico. then he began to expand it for all american and mexican toursit from all over u.s.a, canada and locals from baja.
