Update.. so the hay is a lil light and falls apart. Not very hearty but it's ok. Still customer service was great I will still use them again

Very nice people, they carry those heavy bags to your car. Also, bring bags if you don't want to pay for them. We go there every 2 months. For cracked corn and that other stuff that I can't...
