Just know this.. Calling Customer service is how 99% of what you need to do has to be done calling in. You can really only buy product from the store. Calling CS can be a blessing or a curse....

Absolutely useless , always a wait of 50 minutes ! When the verizon staff finish with one customer they dissappear into a bavk room then go missing for 20 minutes . Overall Absolutely deplorable...
