I was trying to call in to check inventory on a particular phone, but they make it practically impossible to get through to somebody at the store. Ridiculous phone tree.

Strangest customer service I have ever experienced. Walked in and the girl at the front of the store...I believe her name is Andrea...immediately looked me up and down and asked in the rudest tone...
