Stayed 2 nights at this HGI and only dined for breakfast - First morning we had the buffet. Very unimpressive but you can order cinnamon French toast and pancakes which I also sadly found...

Best thing here is the California Breakfast Burrito! Seasoned well and they don't skimp out on most of the ingredients - but there wasn't much pork. Very delicious eggs and homestyle potatoes...

Typical hotel restaurant - pricey and food was acceptable but not great. Family tried a few different things....burgers, salad, a Mexican dish. Nothing stood out. Service was slow.

The Chicken Mole with Garlic Mash. Mole sauce watered down and bland. The chicken was very dry nearly inedible. Really sad representation for Mexican inspired food. :(

Enjoyed my margaritas here at the Hilton hotel at the indoor bar!!!! Service is excellent!!
